Zusammenfassung: | The influence of carbon presence in high-temperature vacuum synthesis of composite anion-defective Al2O3-BeO ceramics on their phase composition and luminescence properties was studied. According to the measurement of X-ray diffraction, the presence of carbon leads to a significant increase in the BeO phase concentration in the studied samples. The presence of anion defects in the lattices of aluminum and beryllium oxides are confirmed by the data of luminescence spectroscopy. Disappearance of the cathodoluminescence band of chromium ions at 693 nm was observed in the ceramics synthesized with carbon, which is associated with the entry of these ions into the compound defect complexes. |
