Zusammenfassung:	We examined which isoforms of protein kinase C (PKC) may be involved in the regulation of cationic amino acid transporter-1 (CAT-1) transport activity in cultured pulmonary artery endothelial cells (PAEC). Results demonstrate that classical isoforms of PKC are involved in the regulation of CAT-1 transport activity in PAEC.
