Regulation of endothelial cell xanthine dehydrogenase/xanthine oxidase gene expression by oxygen tension

A digoxigenin-labeled probe that recognizes and hybridizes to rat xanthine dehydrogenase (XD) cDNA is used to examine the effect of oxygen concentration on SC/xanthine oxidase (XO) mRNA expression of rat epididymal fat pad endothelial cells.
