Zusammenfassung: | The preparation of tantalum and niobium powders with a low content of impurities and a large specific surface area by magnesium-thermic reduction directly from the lithium tantalate and lithium niobate single crystal production waste without preliminary conversion is described. It is shown that the resulting tantalum powders can be used for manufacturing anodes of capacitors with a specific charge of 100000–130000 μC/g. |
