The summary of the research on agricultural land as a natural resource

The most important result of the research that the study summarized the definitions of the rules on natural resources and the results of the research was written and published by János Ede Szilágyi. The competent study on the construction of the dogmatics of the area arises from three sources: at first, he summarizsed the 20th century theory of natural resources based on the study of Guillermo Cano published in 1975 and after that he summarized the sources of Hungarian law and using these sources he makes an attempt to approach the regulatory objects of natural resources and to examine the dynamics of the approach. Related to the determination of conceptual elements, he starts from the Fundamental Law of Hungary, the National Confession and the definitions of the environmental and nature protection acts.
