Zusammenfassung: | Electrospinning technique was used for the preparation of “conductive polymer films” from PVA / with (0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) wt. % Cu nanoparticles. “Morphology” test of synthesis films via “SEM”, the average diameters of fibers mensuration was (85 nm) for (PVA/ 5 wt. % Cu NPs film). Increasing (Cu NPs) concentration Leads to promoting the (DC) “electrical conductivity” of nanofibers films from the value(3.7 × 10−7 S.cm−1) for pure (PVA) film to (1.23 × 10−2 S.cm−1) for 5wt.% Cu NPs, it also leads to promote (AC) “electrical conductivity” from the value (1.17 × 10−6 S. cm−1) for pure PVA film to (3.42 S.cm−1) for 5wt. % (Cu NPs). The “activation energy” and (S) factor decreased with increasing the (Cu NPs) concentration. The mechanical properties of PVA film enhanced with adding of (Cu NPs) by enhanced the modules of elasticity from (12.87MPa) for pure (PVA) to (13.90, 22.38, 35.50, 54.90, 120.6) (MPa) for PVA/ (1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) wt. % (Cu) films respectively. |
