Zusammenfassung: | Motivated by the measurements from NIKHEF, JLab and MIT-Bates with polarized beams and polarized targets, we study tensor and vector analyzing powers in the elastic e-d scattering process. Dependence of the obtained results on the realistic NN potential model adopted for the deuteron wave function is investigated. We found that the predicted analyzing powers agree with one another and with the experimental data up to Q2 ⋍ 0.5 (GeV/c)2. At higher-Q2 region, we found that the results are slightly diverged. The vector analyzing power T10 is found to be much smaller than T11. Therefore, in addition to the tensor analyzing power T20, the vector analyzing power T11 can be used as an another tool for extracting the deuteron electromagnetic form factors. |
