F(ab')2 Fragments to Overcome Daratumumab Interference in Transfusion Tests: Letter

Daratumumab is an effective agent in multiple myeloma. Its binding of CD38 on red cells causes false positive results on Coombs' blood-compatibility testing. F(ab')2 fragments of daratumumab block this binding and restore the accuracy of the test.
