Zusammenfassung:Introduction: Recent studies have shown that J-TpeakC can differentiate predominant hERG potassium channel blockers with high Torsade risk from multi-channel blockers (hERG plus late sodium or calcium current block) with low Torsade risk. In this study, we have analyzed ECG effects caused by multiple drugs from thorough QT (TQT) studies to explore QTc and J-TpeakC as indicators of predominant hERG versus multi-channel blockers.
