Fluorite, hatchettolite, calcium sulfate, and bastnasite-(Ce) in the lunar regolith from Mare Crisium

A study examined fragments of fluorite, hatchettolite, calcium sulfate and bastnasite-(Ce) in the lunar regolith from Mare Crisium. The association of bastnasite with the pyrochlore group minerals, uorapatite, barite, and anhydrite certainly suggests its magmatic origin.
