Zusammenfassung: | The dependent variables were EMG reactive area for the infraspinatus, supraspinatus, teres minor, pectoralis major, anterior deltoid, and serratus anterior muscles. The front raise rhythmic stabilization exercise produced the greatest overall muscle activation across the six muscles (anterior deltoid X=1.44±.40, pectoralis major X=.62± .33, serratus anterior X=.56± .38, supraspinatus X=2.26± 1.12, infraspinatus X=5.27±2.24, teres minor X=1.72± 1.53).
