Zusammenfassung: | Rob Edger's article in this volume of the 'Saskatchewan Law Review' engages with an article of mine in which I attempt to make a case for the existence of collective moral rights. I appreciate the care Edger has taken in attempting to come to grips with my argument, and I appreciate his challenge to my views in the attempt to better understand the true requirements of morality in the context of human rights. I thank the 'Saskatchewan Law Review' for the invitation to write a brief reply, and I shall hope to be as understanding of Edger's position in my reply as he has been of mine. |
