Excitation and photoluminescence spectra of solid solutions based on lanthanum indate LaInO3 of a perovskite structure doped with Nd3+ and Cr3+ ions
Using a solid-phase method, single-phase solid solutions of La 1– x Nd x InO 3 ( x = 0.007, 0.02, 0.05), LaIn0.99Cr0.01O3, and La 0.95 Nd 0.05 In 0.995 Cr 0.005 O 3 have been obtained and their excitation and photoluminescence (PL) spectra have been studied at room temperature. It is found that the...

solid solutions depends on the degree of the substitution of La

ions. A solid solution with 0.02 <

ions leads to a substantial increase in the intensity of all the PL bands by exciting with light of the wavelength of λ
