However, the term "cloud computing" hasn't been clearly distinguished from other approaches such as grid or voluntary computing. The authors describe a conceptual framework designed to help understand the products offered by cloud computing vendors like Amazon or Google. They provide a criteria catalogue along with a Cloud Business Ontology Model to give an overview of how products can be classified.
