Contributions franco-allemandes à l'édification d'une politique forestière roumaine

This study brings into discussion the French and German influences on the Romanian forestry policy at the beginning of its launching. The interest of the research is given by the identification of the network of opportunities and of constraints that influenced the Romanian forestry policy, when the issue of creating a solid foundation for the preoccupations on the fate of the forests and the measure in which the French and German experience offered viable answers to Romanian specific problems was raised. Taking into consideration the topic brought into discussion, we opted for a constructivist approach with the purpose of analysing the manner in which the forestry policies of France and Germany, countries with a long tradition and leading the way in this field, shaped the forestry policy of our country.
