Zusammenfassung:A more complete EAST processed data database has been established on the basis of MDSplus data storage and access platform. Experimental data from routine diagnostics are analysed automatically by a suite of codes within minutes after operation on EAST. A GUI-based tool allows the easy visualization of EAST diagnostic profiles data is described in this paper. It provides a unified user interface and rich functions (navigation, zoom, crosshair, overlay, etc.) to quickly access and compare the profiles (temperature, density, etc.) from various diagnostic systems under different coordinate modes (r/z, flux surface coordinates psi or rho). Python combined with PyGTK toolkit is used to make it supports cross-platform and can be distributed freely. It can be utilized for rapid plasma analysis, especially in the control room during the operation. The implementation details are described in this paper.
