FOREWORD

The Organizing Committee was composed by teams from the COMOTI - Romanian Research & Development Institute for Gas Turbines and The Aeronautics and Astronautics Association of Romania (AAAR) on behalf of the CEAS. Among all papers presented and published in the Aerospace Europe CEAS 2017 Conference Proceedings, the best papers were selected to be published in scientific aerospace journals. [...]a number of 9 papers were selected to be published in this Special Edition (Part II) of the INCAS BULLETIN, Volume 10, Issue 2/2018. The publication of these interesting papers selected at important international conferences in this Special Edition of the INCAS BULLETIN has the aim to attract a higher number of such publications in the next editions of the INCAS BULLETIN.
