The project continues, but it is already possible to conclude that a transformation of some significance has been achieved: from 'information for monitoring purposes' to 'information for enhanced performance'. The process that has been set in place promises to achieve what a nationally-driven, more generalized and standardized approach has struggled to deliver for more than a decade. |
