Developmental task during college period is to establish self-identity, and decide career and future path, being important period in deciding life's passage and quality[1] Especially uncertainty of future career in college life can lead to maladjustment to school and be major cause of drop out[2] career decision-making and academic self-efficacy study has significant importance. [...]in case of individual's internal factors, goals of meaning of life being high[3] and external factors, college student's perceived social support contains necessary advice and information in course of career decision making progress[4,5] can influence self-efficacy which enables job maintenance and persisting satisfaction. Nursing education complying with future demands being aware of student's current demand, and ideas set up an opportunity for students to develop professional attitude, and prepare student whom have developed trait to effectively and enthusiastically cope with unknown duty[6].
