Zusammenfassung:The author of this article describes his personal experiences living with a psychiatric disability and a overall plan for his psychiatric well-being. He further explore in the article that some people have a disability all their lives. This gives us plenty of time to think about what we have with our disability. People with disabilities have been around for a long time. They are the aspirations from whom we can learn how to live with our disabilities. We do not need to be shaped, molded, and herded. We can be worked with and developed. There can be a comfortable level of interaction between people with disabilities, our staff, our families and society. The author, further says that, he is proud to be a person with disability he also have daily plans and strategies and he believe in planning ahead as much as he is able to.
