Zusammenfassung: | A planarization layer for organic thin film transistors serves not only as a smooth surface for device build‐up, other benefits include better wetting behaviors of organic semiconductor and auxiliary materials, stronger inter‐layer adhesions, and provide stable electrical performances of OTFTs. A uniform boundary between organic semiconductor and upper plane of the substrate plays a key role in achieving reliable device performances. The critical properties of the interface affect coating condition and film quality of organic semiconductor, which dominate the general transfer characteristics. We reported the planarization layer influenced phenomenon of OTFTs and the improved reliability performances for right selection of planarization materials. |
