Zusammenfassung:Short‐channel organic thin‐film transistors with high performance and high reliability are widely required. Here we report a novel organic semiconductor formulation of dithieno[2,3−d;2′,3′−d′]benzo[1,2−b;4,5−b′] (DTBDT) and a planarization material for solution‐processed transistors with an average mobility of 2.6±0.3 cm2/Vs (maximum of 3.0 cm2/Vs) at a channel length of 10 μm.
