Ferric Chloride, Sodium hydroxide, Sodium Chloride, Glucose, Sodium bicarbonate, Potassium Chloride, Sodium dihydrogen phosphate, gelatin, Magnesium Chloride, Bovine serum albumin, HEPES, Compound 48/80, were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich. Mortality: No mortality was observed in test group at the limit dose of 2000 mg/kg body weight.
