Practice Guidelines for Clinicians Working in Programs Providing Integrated Vocational and Clinical Services for Persons with Severe Mental Disorders

Few mental health clinicians are trained to work effectively in integrated vocational programs for adults with severe mental disorders. Based on the experience of clinicians and researchers in multiple integrated vocational service settings, we developed guidelines for clinicians to enable them to use their clinical skills to enhance the vocational lives of their clients.
