Zusammenfassung:A study investigating the negative feedback effects of estrogen in ayu, Plecoglossus altivelis, by treatment with enclomiphen, zuclomiphene, clomiphene and luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) anolog based on ovulation and plasma steroid levels is presented. Results suggested negative feedback inhibition of estrogen in mature female ayu.
