Increasing the Efficiency of Organic Solar Cells by Antireflection Coatings Based on Fluoride Composites

Results are presented obtained in measurements of current–voltage characteristics of organic solar cells with and without antiref lection coatings produced by melting in a solar furnace of 95 : 5 and 55 : 45 wt % MgF 2 and CaF 2 fluoride mixtures. The relative increase in the efficiency of the organ...

Zusammenfassung:Results are presented obtained in measurements of current–voltage characteristics of organic solar cells with and without antiref lection coatings produced by melting in a solar furnace of 95 : 5 and 55 : 45 wt % MgF 2 and CaF 2 fluoride mixtures. The relative increase in the efficiency of the organic solar cells was 3.2% in the first case and 3.3% in the second.
