THE AUTHORS PURPOSE TO SHOW THAT UNDER VERY GENERAL CONDITIONS ONE CAN DEMONSTRATE THAT THE SAVINGS-INCOME RATIO OF WORKERS WILL BE LESS THAN THAT OF CAPITALISTS IN GROWING ECONOMIES.
