Zusammenfassung: | Objectives: Determine the Safety, Sensitivity and Specificity of 68Ga-DOTATOC PET/CT in children and young adults with solid tumors. Methods: A series of three prospective, IRB approved, clinical trials evaluating safety and efficacy of 68Ga-DOTATOC PET/CT were conducted at the University of Iowa under IND# 114,398 for subjects ages 6 months to 90 years. This study reports results for the 26 children and young adults, ages 16 months to 29 years who participated in these trials.
