Zusammenfassung: | This paper presents meaningful utilization of voltage-controlled delay element along with a noise immune Schmitt trigger and an efficient XOR circuit, to propose a programmable high frequency trigger pulse generator. The proposed design generates very high frequency ultra-thin pulses with time duration in picoseconds (ps). Further, duration of obtained trigger pulse can be varied form 128.8 to 546.4 ps by adjusting external control voltage from 0.5 to 0.9 V. The proposed design has been extensively verified using SPICE @ 16-nm predictive technology model. |
