Zusammenfassung:An echocardiogram was performed for her which subsequently found severe aortic stenosis and she was worked up for TAVI.Relevant Test Results Prior to Catheterization Echocardiogram showed left ventricular ejection fraction of 36% with severe low flow low gradient aortic stenosis. Incidentally, angiogram also found 80% left subclavian artery stenosis, ruling out a trans-subclavian approach for TAVI.Interventional Management Procedural Step Under general anesthesia, pacing wire was inserted into the right ventricle via the right internal jugular vein. [...]the right femoral graft was exposed surgically and the CorevalveTM system was passed via the right side instead.
