TCTAP C-115 Successful Bailout of Iatrogenic Left Main Coronary Artery Thrombosis by "Pushing Method" with an Extension Catheter

Clinical Information Patient Initials or Identifier Number YYRelevant Clinical History and Physical Exam A 61-year old man without previous history of cardiovascular disease was admitted to our hospital for hyperglycemia. A blood test showed that creatinine was 0.84 mg/dl, hemoglobin was 11.0 mg/dl, and HbA1c was 13.9%.Relevant Catheterization Findings He received coronary angiography (CAG) after treatment of diabetes. No residual thrombus and injury were not seen in the LM.Conclusions We successfully treated iatrogenic LM thrombosis by "pushing method" with an extension catheter.
