Zusammenfassung: | The article justifies the need of formation and management of organizational culture under modern operating conditions to ensure the successful development of enterprises. The study aims to systematize the existing scientific approaches to the concept of "enterprise organizational culture", define the characteristics of this category and features of formation of service enterprises' organizational culture. The results of studying organizational culture as the main instrument of management of service enterprises have been presented. The conceptual approaches have been analyzed and existing scientific approaches to the consideration of the definition of "enterprise organizational culture" have been generalized, the main characteristics of this category have been highlighted and the author's interpretation of the definition of "enterprise organizational culture" has been proposed. On the basis of the analysis of the factors influencing the formation of organizational culture, features of the formation of service enterprises' organizational culture have been determined. The attention is focused on the activities that are necessary for the development and implementation of an effective mechanism for managing enterprise organizational culture under current dynamic operating conditions. |
