Zusammenfassung:In this paper, we focus on deriving mathematical description of flammability limits of gases released in the evaporation–condensation technological process during oil sludge decontamination. We have derived new relations that enable to express simultaneously dependence of both upper and lower flammability limits on gas temperature and reduced gas pressure. We also show that displaying the dependence of both limits in the form of 3D diagrams helps to clarify the determination of the undesirable technological conditions in situations where exhaustion of released flammable and toxic gases plays a significant role. Our representation makes it possible to quickly locate possible critical states in the construction designs, during apparatus selections, during induction of inertisation gas mixture, in the events of its failure, and also during selection of volume and composition of such gases.
