Zusammenfassung:An algorithm for calculating the dissociation constants of ampholytes in aqueous solutions is developed on the basis of spectrophotometric data in the UV and visible ranges without pH measurements of a medium and without buffer solutions. The proposed algorithm has been experimentally tested for five ampholytes of different strengths. The relative error of measuring dissociation constants is less than 5%.
