Zusammenfassung:A patterned graphene is directly synthesized on an insulator substrate through UV/ozone pretreatment to selected areas of a solid carbon source. In article number 1706569, Kilwon Cho and co‐workers demonstrate the direct growth of patterned graphene on the substrate using a surface‐adhered solid carbon source. The surface‐adhered carbon source is successfully converted into patterned graphene on the substrate using thermal chemical vapor deposition.
