Zusammenfassung:A palladium-catalyzed intramolecular asymmetric reductive amination of racemic α-branched ketones bearing the poorly nucleophilic sulfonamides has been successfully developed through dynamic kinetic resolution, providing chiral δ-sultams with two contiguous stereogenic centers with high diastereoselectivity and enantioselectivity.
