Zusammenfassung:The paper focuses on anisotropy of the transverse Nernst–Ettingshausen effect in superlattices depending on the degree of mini-band filling and magnetic field direction during scattering on acoustic and polar optical phonons. The authors demonstrate that in the case of scattering on polar optical phonons one observes considerable anisotropy and, depending on the magnetic field direction, the Nernst–Ettingshausen coefficient may change its sign.
