Perception of students and teachers of a good lecture: A questionnaire-based cross-sectional study in a tertiary care teaching hospital

Students and teachers of diverse background come to medical college, so it is essential to take their expectations regarding a good lecture. According to a study by Seth et al., the subjective assessment of lectures revealed that majority of the students preferred PowerPoint teaching, but it has few disadvantages like sometimes slides contained too much material, and the lectures were delivered too fast, making students just passive observers.
