Zusammenfassung:Background In order to justify the use of a relatively newer and more costly imaging technology such as cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR), one must provide compelling evidence for its additive impact on clinical management. “Significant change in clinical management” was defined as occurring if CMR results directly led to performance or avoidance of an invasive procedure or initiation or discontinuation of cardiac medications or anticoagulants.
