Zusammenfassung:	Beneficial effects of ACE-inhibition, angiotensin- or betareceptor blockade (advanced heart failure treatment, AHFT) are well established for patients with heart failure due to systemic left ventricular dysfunction, however little is known about the effects of AHFT in patients with a systemic right ventricle. In multivariate analysis the best predictor of death was NYHA %gt I. Conclusion Advanced heart failure treatment may advantageously be prescribed to selected patients with a systemic right ventricle.
