Zusammenfassung:Case A 58-year-old woman with history of severe peripheral arterial disease (PAD), coronary artery disease with unstable angina and recurrent hospitalizations presents with non-ST elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI). The patient underwent a hybrid procedure with vascular surgery performing left carotid artery exposure and direct carotid access for PCI of the LAD with second generation everolimus drug eluting stents to the left anterior descending coronary artery (Figure 1 D-E).
