Zusammenfassung:Decision-making The adult congenital heart team was consulted post-procedure, and evaluation identified significant long-standing and refractory protein losing enteropathy with a prior history of left pulmonary artery stenting. Conclusion Early consultation with the adult congenital heart team and involvement in invasive procedures as well as detailed knowledge of prior surgeries and interventions in adult congenital heart disease patients is critical in optimizing outcomes in this population.
