MYOCARDIAL CONTRACTILITY PREDICTS SYMPTOMATIC IMPROVEMENT ACROSS ALL FLOW-GRADIENT PATTERNS OF AORTIC STENOSIS AFTER TRANSCATHETER AORTIC VALVE REPLACEMENT

Multivariable regression analysis was performed to determine the association between KCCQ score and LV-GLS at 1-month post TAVR, after adjusting for flow-gradient physiology groups and other clinically significant variables. On multivariable regression analysis, LV-GLS at 1-month was the only indepe...

Zusammenfassung:Multivariable regression analysis was performed to determine the association between KCCQ score and LV-GLS at 1-month post TAVR, after adjusting for flow-gradient physiology groups and other clinically significant variables. On multivariable regression analysis, LV-GLS at 1-month was the only independent predictor of 1-month KCCQ score, even after adjusting for all flow-gradient physiologies and an interaction between LV-GLS and flow physiology (table).
