Zusammenfassung:It was shown that fusicoccin sensitivity can be conferred on the Hpositive-ATPase from Neurospora crassa, a fungus sensitive to fusicoccin. Hpositive pumping by purified Hpositive-ATPase from Neurospora crassa reconstituted into liposomes containing crude or partially purified fusicoccin receptors from maize was enhanced by fusicoccin.
