Vector-mediated delivery of 125I-labeled beta-amyloid peptide Abeta1-40 through the blood-brain barrier and binding to Alzheimer disease amyloid of the Abeta1-40/vector complex

Saito et al show that blood-brain barrier (BBB) transport and access to amyloid within the brain may be achieved by conjugation of Abeta1-40 to a vector-mediated BBB drug delivery system.
