It is shown that the interleukin-T-mediated stimulation of cytokine-dependent T-cell line or the activation of large granular lymphocytes is not blocked by the addition of antibodies that bind specifically to interleukin-2 or to interleukin-2 receptor alpha yet is inhibited by the addition of Mik-beta1.
