Zusammenfassung:Experiments were conducted to establish monoclonal antibodies specific for human antigen-binding glycosylation inhibiting factor (GIF) and to obtain biochemical evidence for the presence of antigen-specific human T-cell factors having affinity for nominal antigen. According to the results, the 13-kDa GIF is a subunit of the antigen-binding T-cell factor.
