Zusammenfassung: | Five years ago, Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business decided to develop a new overview course aimed at the university's freshmen. Hankamer's mission was to introduce business concepts to all whether they were future business majors or biology, religion, journalism, engineering, music or theater arts students who will undoubtedly be involved in certain aspects of business during their careers. Business 1301 has two broad objectives: 1. broaden students' thinking about total career preparation, and 2. focus on skills development. Various aspects of the course are discussed in detail. |
