Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of this paper was to determine the health-related attitudes, behaviors and practices of women during pregnancy, and to estimate proper nursery applications. Data was derived using a "Personal Identity Questionnaire Form" and "Health Practice Questionnaire-II" with 244 pregnant women. A remarkable difference for Health Practice Questionnaire-II scores was noted with respect to professions, educational levels and bodymass indices of pregnants. Health Practice Questionnaire-II scores displayed significant variation between pregnants whose husbands assisted them during daily life and whose husbands did not. Promotion of women's knowledge, attitude and behaviors on health can be accomplished via education and modification of behaviors. |
