Zusammenfassung:Rationale We created a novel iPhone-based application that measures smooth muscle reactivity in the human eye in real-time as a possible screening test for the presence of reactive airways and asthma: the SensitometerTM test. Methods We compared simultaneous pupillary light reflex (PLR) measurements obtained using a lab-based infra-red (IR) camera system (Arrington ViewPoint Eye Tracking System) with the SensitometerTM test in 15 visually-normal subjects.
